Checked 2026-10-24

This white refractor telescope offers a 70mm aperture and a 400mm focal length. It is designed as a portable solution for those who want to explore the basics of astronomy without a heavy equipment commitment. The short focal length is ideal for wide-angle views of the night sky and bright celestial objects.

The altazimuth mount included with this unit is designed for simplicity. It allows the user to point the telescope manually without needing to align it with the Earth's axis. This makes it a great choice for children or adults who want to start observing immediately. The tripod is adjustable to accommodate different heights.

Constructed for both day and night use, this telescope can be used to view the moon's craters or distant terrestrial targets. The 70mm lens gathers enough light for clear views of the lunar surface. Its white finish gives it a classic look while the compact frame ensures it does not take up much space.
